  7. PJC is a generalized system for the analysis of income-producing Real Estate.
  8. The system is an object-oriented analysis tool, programmed entirely in the C
  9. language, for the manipulation of time-variant series of data. The number of
  10. these objects, and the complexity of their interrelationships, is virtually
  11. unlimited. The system may be used for brokerage, appraisal, property
  12. management, budgeting, development feasibility, mortgage underwriting,
  13. portfolio administration, and lease administration. Users may begin a model
  14. from a supplied template, or may create their own customized templates,
  15. complete with user-defined documentation. Users may select currencies and
  16. measurement systems to do international portfolio valuations. Since there is
  17. complete binary compatibility between UNIX and DOS data sets, analyses are
  18. perfectly portable. X-11 and ASCII terminals are supported.
